We do our best to ship out any orders within 24 hours so that your order will be delivered within 3-5 days. Unfortunately, due to current circumstances (COVID-19, supply chain issues, carrier staffing, etc.), shipments may be delayed due to reasons out of our control. We appreciate your understanding.
At ExpressMed.com, we strive to make shipping a simple part of ordering with us. For your convenience, most orders are processed and shipped out the same day. Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days when placed after 2PM Pacific Standard Time. Standard shipping times can take up to 3-5 business days. Most orders shipped via standard shipping are delivered before the 5th business day.
Free Shipping: We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders $75 and above. The order total must remain $75+ after coupons and before sales tax to qualify. If your order is less than $75, then we charge a standard flat-rate shipping fee of $7.99.
We do not offer any expedited shipping services at this time.
Any orders that total more than $250 or whose contents, in total, weigh over 25lbs may require a signature for delivery.
A shipping confirmation number for your package will be emailed to you as soon as we ship your order. If your order includes multiple products, you may receive your order in multiple shipments and therefore will receiver multiple shipping confirmations. It is important that you enter your correct email address so that you receive this information. To ensure that you receive our emails (order confirmation, shipping confirmation, etc.) please add support@expressmed.com to your "approved sender", "whitelist" and/or your "address book". Emails will be sent from support@ExpressMed.com.
All automatic shipments are shipped on standard 3-5 business day shipping. Standard shipping applies regardless of your first order's shipping method. Each AutoShip subscription must have a subtotal greater than $75 to be eligible for free shipping.
Additionally, your first AutoShip order is eligible for Free Shipping if the order subtotal is greater than $75. However, if your initial order contains multiple AutoShip product subscriptions with different frequencies, all subsequent automatic orders will process as individual orders for each product. Any individual order with a subtotal below $75, must pay shipping charges.
